Youth Connections

Youth Connections provides free screening and wraparound counseling to 12-17 year olds who live in the Hennepin side of Anoka-Hennepin, Brooklyn Center, Osseo and Robbinsdale school districts.  Youth Connections screens for issues with anger/violence, substance use/abuse, mental health concerns, etc.  The screener and wraparound coordinator can work with families to access services for their adolescent.  For more information or to schedule a screening contact the Youth Connections screener.
