Annex Teen Clinic

The Annex Teen Clinic provides both clinical and educational services to teens and young adults in the community.  The Annex specializes in low-cost, confidential, non-judgmental, sexuality-related health care for adolescents and young adults.  Also, the Annex offers all-options counseling for pregnant women.  In addition, the Annex Health Education staff offers programs like "Love Safetly", Birth Control Education and "Celebration of Change" to members of the community.  Contact Brooke at 763-533-1316 for more information about sexual health education opportunities.

Clinic hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons (1:00-5:00)
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings (1-8:30)
*closed on most legal holidays*
