When:
Mondays-Tuesday-Thursdays
Starting on September 17, 2007
2:30--4:30 p.m.

Where:
Mosaic Youth Center
Crystal Community Center
4800 Douglas Drive
Crystal, MN

Who:  All youth who are currently enrolled in 9th--12th grade.

What:  A variety of recreational and academic support activities!  Including: open gym, video games, ACT preparation, homework assistance, scrap-booking, dance lessons and more!

Transportation:  Limited transportation may be available to the Mosaic from Cooper High School.  All participants must have their own ride home from activities.  Contact the Mosaic at 763-504-4984 for transportation updates.

Lunch and Snack:  Snacks and lunch are provided during the summer months only.  During the school year, you may bring your own money for purchasing items from the vending machines.

Registration:  Registration is required.  To register, click on the link below to download and print the registration forms.

Cost:  The following are the program fees, which include all activities, program dates, lunch and a snack.  Checks made payable to "Friends of the Mosaic Youth Center" can be mailed with completed registration forms.  Alternatively, online payment is available below.

$30.00 per youth

A limited number of scholarships may be available for individuals who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch.  To request a scholarship application, please call the Mosaic at 612-749-9561.
