Mosaic Purpose, Mission, Vision and Goals

Purpose

In keeping with the purpose of the Robbinsdale Area Redesign Family Service Collaborative, which serves as the guiding organization for the project, the Mosaic seeks to redesign needed youth services so that they are seamlessly delivered in or through the Mosaic.

Simply put, the services should be where the youth are. The Robbinsdale Area Redesign has six core outcomes toward which it is working, and three of these are addressed by the Mosaic:

  1. Families and communities provide a safe and stable environment for all children and youth.
  2. All families are supported by their communities.
  3. Children and youth make academic progress and achieve competencies in school.

Mission

To help all youth build upon their own educational, recreational, social, creative, and leadership abilities for the benefit of the Northwest communities now and in the future.

Vision

A fun and active place for all youth to serve and be served.
