Mosaic Advisory Council
The Mosaic Advisory Council is a group of 60% youth and 40% adults who help design and oversee all aspects of the Mosaic Youth Center project.  The Mosaic Advisory Council is currently seeking adults from the community who would like to work with youth to make the Mosaic a permanent reality.  If you are interested in learning more about the Mosaic Advisory Council, contact the Mosaic at

Kids & Cops Mentors
The after-school program, Kids & Cops, is looking for adult mentors for students from Sandburg and Plymouth Middle Schools.  Adults mentors meet with their mentees on Mondays from 3:15-4:45 p.m. at the Mosaic Youth Center.  Together, mentors and mentees work on homework, play games and build positive, caring relationships.  If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please contact Ali Felker at 763-504-4986.

Job Shadowing and Student Internships
Host a high school student through the job shadowing and student internship program!  The Mosaic is always looking for caring, adult professionals in all career fields to host students for this important career exploration program.  Due to high demand, we need special assistance with locating professionals in the following fields:

  • Web Design

  • Software Design and Management

  • Doctors (all specialties)

  • Auto Mechanic

  • Forensic Science

  • Engineer (all specialities)

  • Chef/Culinary Arts

  • Accounting

  • Musicians
