Job Shadowing and Student Internship Program

The Mosaic Youth Center and District 281 Community Education have partnered to offer a Job Shadowing and Student Internship program for high school students.  Through the program, high school students are matched with community professionals to learn more about careers which interest the youth.

Job shadows are typically one-day experiences which last 4-8 hours and allow the youth to spend a "day in life" other their career of interest.

After completing a job shadow, students may be eligible to apply for a student internship.  Paid, unpaid and academic credit internships may be available.

  • Students: Call Mario at 763-504-4984 for a Job Shadowing and Student Internship registration form.

  • Professionals: Host a young person!  Join the Job Shadowing and Student Internship database!  To join the database, contact Mario at 763-504-4984..
